Author and Speaker, Michael is associate researcher at Telecom ParisTech, and holds a doctorate from the Sorbonne in Social Sciences and Knowledge Sciences. He has written several books and articles about the links between knowledge and management and more recently, co-authored two business novels published by the Lean Enterprise Institute, one about lean turnaround, “The Gold Mine” and one about lean transformation, “The Lean Manager”. Passionate about quality and people, he received the ‘Human Resources Development’ Award as head of the OSS Qualification department. Since 2008 he is leading and facilitating improvement activities and workshops in Telecom Italia IT Data Centers, Service Delivery, Service Assurance and Innovation departments, in order to help the adoption of lean practices throughout the company. He is also involved in Future Networks studies within the Technology Planning and Standard Coordination Group.
