Emmanuel Chenu is an advocate and user of XP, Scrum and Lean Software Development for real-time embedded life-critical products. He is a software development coach at Thales Avionics in Valence, France. Jael Schuyer, ING Bank

Jael is a Lean IT Master Black Belt (Senior Lean Coach) and Agile coach working for ING Bank in the Netherlands. At the moment Jael is working with David Bogaerts (co-presenter) on the Lean Agile enterprise transition in IT Domestic Banking of ING. Jael has worked as a Lean Coach since September 2005 and executed many Lean waves in ‘banking office’ and IT development. Before working as a Lean Coach, Jael was a Team Manager for ING.
