Results from adopting Lean / Agile methods to reduce the number of IT incidents across multicultural teams
This talk deals with illustrating the successes and points of attention in the adoption of Lean / Agile methods to reduce the number of IT incidents. Kenneth will show how understanding the culture and governance of the enterprise and leveraging the values / drivers of its teams is crucial to adoption of Lean / Agile and hence reaching the business objective fixed.
Biography: Kenneth Trickett is in charge of strategy, finance & program management in the IT Filière Flux at BNP Paribas since December 2017, supervising all Cash Management & Cards IT activities for BNP Paribas. He was previously head of the Shared Service Center Payments, hosted at BNP Paribas Fortis that is responsible for running SEPA and International Payments transactions for entities of the BNP Paribas Group. His key responsibility is to improve operational quality of payment & reporting services with – for example – the introduction of Lean method into the IT & operational teams and to ensure the adoption of Lean – that has evolved to the Agile method over the last 3 years – becomes part of their day-to-day “DNA”. Kenneth Trickett holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from University College London (94) as well as a MBA from Vlerick Leuven-Gent Management School (12).
