Kanban as code - The Continuous Delivery at LesFurets.com

The devteam at LesFurets digested Kanban at code level to switch from delivering a batch of 100 features in a month, to delivering daily releases of 1-5 features. We'll share the learnings and take-aways of a crazy code management strategy which turned out to be a great way of working with many good surprises, and opened the Team to Lean practices.
 
Biography: Dimitri Baeli is the new CTO at LesFurets.com after 4 years of continuous improvement within the software development team where is participated to get the delivery and business teams more agile, using Kanban, Agile and Lean principles beyond expected levels. Before this Dimitri was quality manager at eXo Platform an Open Source extranet solution, and software architect at Prima Solutions (Insurance Software Vendor).
Speaker in multiple Agile and Software conferences Dimitri is co-organizer of the Lean Kanban France conference helping to share more knowledge on Lean and Agile principles distilled for IT Teams by international and local speakers.
