Biography

Giuseppe Conigliaro is Director of Software Engineering for AlmavivA, the leading Italian ICT company. He has a long and significant experience in planning and optimization processes, application of statistical models and tools for simulation systems and decision support systems, design and development of IT systems.
He has worked as an IT consultant for private companies and public sector agencies in Italyy before joining AlmavivA. In recent years, as Head of SW Engineering (a division with more than 600 employees), he has been focusing on continuous improvement of methods, tools and practices for SW development.
