Giuseppina Allegretti is Head of Risk Group in the IT Department of Banca Nazionale del Lavoro.
Working in IT environment in Banks since 2000, Giuseppina has been keen on empowering people and increasing productivity and quality with fun. After experimenting Lean practice on asset management, she has been amazed by the results on people, on quality, on evolution of changes in teams and customers.
