Oscar Perez Prieto is Experienced Process Excellence Leader with ten years of experience in the application of continuous improvement tools in both manufacturing and transactional processes. Certified as Black Belt by the Juran Institute, Oscar is currently a Lean Leader within the General Electric Health Care (GEHC) Organization. He is currently involved in the deployment of extensive CRM solutions across Europe and EAGM. As pivotal member of IT and Process Excellence Oscar is responsible for making sure the business processes are streamlined before digitalization. His role also includes the application of the Change Acceleration Process (CAP)™ methodology in the latter stages of large IT solutions projects.
